btXtreme · Backup & Recovery

Backup that actually brings you back.

We run monitored, local-first backup with an offsite copy in the cloud — so if a drive dies, a device walks off, or a file goes missing, there's a separate copy to restore from.

Local first. Cloud as the net.

When you need to restore, a local copy is usually what gets you there — recovering across your own network instead of pulling everything back down over the internet. That's where we focus: on-site recovery you can lean on.

Cloud backup runs right alongside it as your offsite safety net for the genuinely bad days — fire, flood, or theft that takes the local copy with it. Two layers, two very different jobs, both watched.

Monitored, so failures don't hide.

The most dangerous backup is the one everyone assumed was working. We monitor every job, so a silent failure surfaces to us — not to you, three months later, on the worst possible morning. When you need a specific file pulled back from the cloud, we can verify and retrieve it.

Protected

Practice Data

Your practice management data — appointments, ledgers, charts, patient records — backed up and recoverable, not left to a nightly export nobody checks.

Protected

Imaging

X-ray series and imaging can be your largest and most fragile data. We treat it that way, with recovery sized for real-world dental image volumes.

Protected

Files & Documents

The documents, forms, and files your practice runs on, backed up as data so they're recoverable. We focus on the server, where the data that matters lives.

Recovery

It has to restore

A backup only counts if it comes back. That's why every job is monitored — so the copy is actually there when you reach for it, not a surprise on the worst day.
